Licensor observed cords in kitchen from water cooler and other items in cabinets accessible to children. Licensor observed plastic bags accessible in bathroom, diaper area and kitchen area. Licensor observed outdoor area exit pathway having small trip hazard, needs safety item placed around to prevent trip hazard. Licensor observed cracked paint on wall in main childcare space. Licensor observed crack in window in licensed space.
